Vita Scientia is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal focused on publishing high-quality research
in the life sciences.
Is there any fee to submit an article?
There is no submission fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only upon acceptance. Waivers are available
for students and authors with financial constraints.
WIs membership required to submit an article?
No. Membership is not required to submit or review articles. However, student membership is
free and offers additional benefits.
What is the review process like?
We follow a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.
The average decision time is 2–3 weeks.
